This year's DrupalCamp Dallas is being hosted and sponsored by Improving Enterprises. We not only like Improving, we like love them. They first caught our eye as being agile experts, well known in the community as having top-notch training for scrummaster certifications. And then we discovered their continuing support and development of the technology community by doing things like this: running and hosting the Scrum User Group, co-running Dallas Presenter Mentor, co-organizing AgileDotNet 2008, presenting at Dallas Tech Fest, and this list goes on and on.

When they signed on for DrupalCamp Dallas we were ecstatic.

A BOF Session, or Birds of a Feather session is a spontanious gathering of people brought together to dicuss a topic of mutual interest to teach others and share knowledge.  These sessions are usually put together last minute, and no expertise is required on the part of the organizer.

So how do you get involved?

DrupalCamp Dallas sold out this evening at 22:28pm. 100 people will be coming together this weekend at Improving Enterprises to talk about Drupal. If you are not able to make it and want to stay up to date all weekend, follow the hashtag #drupald09, read the wiki, or check back for information about recorded sessions online.

The DrupalCamp Dallas wiki is live. Wiki's are used for collaboration and to enhance group learning. Feel free to create and edit pages all weekend long.

We all have questions, especially about Drupal. Learn from the people who have already been in your shoes. Take this opportunity to ask the questions they were asking 6 months, 2 years, even 5 years ago.

Bring your laptop in from 4-6pm for Collab Lab on Saturday, Sunday or both days. If you're looking for help on your Drupal project, you should be here. If you can help solve problems and teach Drupal, you should be here, too.

Have a specific project your working on? Bring it. The goal of the lab is to answer your questions and help you understand Drupal a little bit more than when you when you walked in that door.

Let's help each other out. You just might have the Drupal answer I am looking for.

Have we mentioned lately how much we love our sponsors? Let's put it this way.
